Villa pontica is ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends, in a building that combines the architectural Brancovenesc style with the Mediterranean one. This intimate space breaks away from the usual hustle and bustle of a resort and offers the privacy that guests are looking for. The buildiong is structured on ground floor and one tier, offering accommodation in double rooms and suite set with air conditioning, LCD tv, wireless internet, minibar, bathroom with shower cabin, hair dryer and toiletries. Likewise, both the 1st floor and the ground floor feature shared terraces with tables and chairs.
Villa Pontica benefits from an inner courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool, deck chairs and a garden with lush vegetation, a space that offers a pleasant coolness even on the hottest summer days.
Villa Pontica also offers a playground for children, as well as a conference room.
The restaurant offers a varied menu with Mediterranean fish dishes, the specialty of the house being fresh fish, caught daily from the Black Sea, as well as pork, duck, chicken dishes with salads and soups varietes. The restaurant has a terrace set in the beautiful garden.

The double rooms provide a matrimonial bed (160x200) or two twin beds (90x200 - they can be separated on request), air conditioning, LCD tv, wi fi, mosqiuto nets, minibar, bathroom with shower cabin, hair dryer and toiletries. All rooms have access to a shared terrace, both on the ground floor, as well as on the 1st floor. Surface 25 sqm.
The suite consist of a room with expandable sofa (140x200) and a matrimonial bedroom (with 160-180x200 bed), bathroom with shower or bath tub. They also have access to a shared terrace on both floors. Both rooms feature tv, but air conditioning is only present in one of the rooms. There is separating door between the rooms. Surface 35 sqm.
Repartition of rooms takes place in reception, upon availability at check in.
The extra bed is expandable type.
