The 2 rooms suites are located on the oudsite area of the resort offering a large view of Mamaia resort or to Navodari city. Minimum accommodation capacity is 1 adult and maximum of 3 adults + 1 child (0-1,99 years) or 2 adults and 2 children (0 - 13,99 years). Surface: 90 sqm
2 rooms superior suites consist of a dormitory, a living room with a fixed, expandable or modular sofa, full equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom with bathtub/shower and terrace, bedroom These suites are located in the buildings near the beach (Jad and Opal), they include separate parking lot. Maximum accommodation capacity is of 2 adults + 2 childdren (0 - 13,99 years). 3 rooms suites consists of a living room with a modular or  fixed sofa, full equipped kitchen, hallway, 2 dormitories (one with matrimonial bed, the other one with 140x200 bed or two twin beds), bathroom with bathtub/shower and 2 terraces, one by the living and the 2nd to the dormitory. The 3 rooms suites provide view to the interior side of the resort. 3 rooms superior suites consists of 3 dormitories (one with matrimonial bed, the other with 140x200 bed and the third with 2 twin beds), a open area living room with modular, expandable or fixed sofa, full equipped kitchen, hallway, 2 bathrooms (shower cabin and bathtub) and generous terrace. These suites are located at the last floor (8th floor inside Topaz, Smarald, Coral, Safir and Rubin buildings) offering a splendid view, access to separate parking and elevator access up to the 7th floor.  Minimum accommodation capacity is of 4 adults and the maximum of 7 adults + 1 child (0-1,99 years) of 6 adults and 2 children ( 0-13.99 years). 
The suites, renovated 2024, consist of an open space equipped with matrimonial bed and fixed/expandable sofa and a kitchen area with fixed sofa, bathroom with shower, terrace with interior garden, pool view and side view of the sea. They are located at the 1st-7th floors in Safir and Coral wings. Surface 53 sqm. Recommended capacity 2 adults and 2 children (0-13.99 years). Maximum capacity 3 adults and one child below 2 years old.
The 2 beds suite, renovated 2024, consists of 2 bedrooms without separating door (one with matrimonial bed, the other with german bed - dimension 140x200), hallway, bathroom with shower and terrace overlooking the garden and sideways to the sea. They are locatedin Safir wing, on the 1st-7th floors. Surface 62 sqm. Minimum capacity 3 adults, Maximum capacity 4 adults  or 2 adults and 2 children(0-13.99 years). 
The Junior apartment, renovated 2024, consists of a matrimonial bedroom, a living room with fixed/expandable/modular sofa, hallway, bathroom with shower and terrace with interior garden view and side view of the sea. They are located Safir and Coral wings, at the 1st-7th floors. Surface  62 sqm. Recommended capacity 2 adults and 2 children (0-13.99 years). Maximum capacity 3 adults and one child below 2 years old.

The allotment of rooms is carried out at reception, upon availability at check in.
