Modern Hotel 4**** Mamaia is located in the northern part of the resort, just 30 meters from the beach, in the proximity of the Central, Palas and Complex Mediteranean hotels, built perpendicular to the sea shore and offering a front or lateral sea view and the spectacular sun rise. The complex spreads on 6000 square meters.
The hotel provides 164 accommodation facilities, tastefully decorated, and equipped with air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar, balcony, telephone, wireless internet and hair dryer. All the rooms have balcony set with chairs and table, and the bathrooms are elegantly finished with modern sanitary equippment. Modern hotel was renovated in 2019, bringing numerous upgrades to the design of the hotel, renewing its facades and annexes. For the confort of families with kids, the hotel provides 8 generous suites consisting of a bedroom, living room, two balconies and two bathrooms, on a 33 sqm surface.
Modern Hotel Mamaia, in its Promenada restaurant, offers All Inclusive meal services using a large range of fresh vegetables and fruits, alcoholic drinks and soft drinks throughout the day. The restaurant, built in 2005-2006, offers a refined and contemporary hall, with a 170 places capacity, next to the pool.
Hotel Modern Mamaia offers its guests swimming pools for adults and children, sauna, playgrounds for the little ones, outdoor terrace, bars both inside the hotel and at the pool, sports fields, billiard tables, fitness room, ping-pong table, backgammon, generous and beautifully arranged green space. Likewise, the hotel organises different events with animators, magic shows, games and all sorts of fun activities for the smallest hotel guests.
For adults, live music is offered, as well as dance and comedy shows.
The private beach, clean and chic, offers umbrellas and sun beds.
The hotel also provides a conference room with 85 places capacity, fitted with all the necessary equipment for a successful corporate event. Additionaly, it offers a coffee break area.

The double rooms 3* are set with two twin beds or a matrimonial bed, they cannot accommodate an extra bed Surface 18 sqm. Capacity 2 adults and one child 0-11.99 years.
The family superior rooms are more spacious and feature an expandable sofa as well. Between the bed area and the sofa there is a curtain. Surface 23 sqm. Capacity 3 adults/2 adults and 2 children 0-17.99 years / 2 adults and one child 0-17.99 years.
The studio provides a matrimonial bed (160 cm width) and an expandable sofa as well, located in front of the bed. It is set with minibar, wi fi, LCD tv, air conditioning. Surface 21 sqm. Capacity 3 adults/2 adults and 2 children 0-17.99 years / 2 adults and one child 0-17.99 years.
The apartments consist of a matrimonial bedroom and a living room with expandable sofa, separated by door. There is LCD tv in both rooms, but air conditioning is only featured in the living room. There is also a balcony with exit from the living room. Surface 27 sqm. Capacity 4 adults/ 3 adults/ 2 adults and 2 children 0-17.99 years / 2 adult and 2 children 0-17.99 years.
The plus apartments consist of a living room with expandable sofa and a matrimonial bedroom, separated by a door. Both rooms feature tv and air conditioning, as well as balcony and 2 bathrooms. Surface 33 sqm. Capacity 4 adults/ 3 adults/ 2 adults and 2 children 0-17.99 years / 2 adults and one child 0-17.99 years.
The superior apartments with panoramic view consist of a spacious living room with expandable sofa and panoramic view of the sea, matrimonial bedroom, bathroom. Capacity 4 adults/ 3 adults/ 2 adults and 2 children 0-17.99 years / 2 adults and one child 0-17.99 years.

The drinks offered are not bottled, they are draught.
The meal schedule is only a guideline and it will be communicated at check in.
The first meal offered in the check in day is dinner.
At reception, upon check in, a bracelet granting access to the All inclusive facilities of the resort is handed over.

In May, June and September, meal services ar served as buffet or A la carte, depending on the number of guests in the hotel. In July and August, in order to avoid the overcrowding of the restaurant at the beggining of meals, the reception might suggest repartition on series of the rooms.
