Launched in 2008, Smarald hotel provides 28 double rooms and 2 apartments featuring: air conditioning, balcony, minibar, bathroom with hairdryer, free internet and cable tv.
The hotel also has an elegant restaurant, decorated in shades of green, serving various culinary dishes. Besides the restaurant, the hotel also has a terrace.

The apartments have a living-room with folding sofa (for 2 children) and a room with matrimonial bed (160x200), as well as a bathroom with shower cabin with jacuzzi. The facilities are the same to those from the double rooms. They are located at the 4th floor. The rooms are separated by door and both feature tv, while air conditioning is only available in the living room. They feature a balcony with outdoor furniture, mosquito nets and laundry rack.
